成立於1903年12月9日
1904年開始有第一張認可證書
接著於當年三月製作了立體的Badge徽章~
Automobile Club of Victoria (ACV) -英國維多利亞汽車俱樂部
中期時改名為Royal Automobile Club (RAC)皇家汽車俱樂部
最後為Royal Automobile Club Associate (RACV)皇家汽車協會
之後隨著協會的壯大於世界各國,成立各分部,
也出現了各國家不同時期不同樣式的徽章
當時有汽車的算是白領階級以上的富裕貴族~
而屬於MOD's藍領勞工階層的族群會把此等汽車協會的徽章裝飾於Scooter上,
而最常見的便是雙A牌~RAC牌..等等~
加上穿著雅痞紳士西裝的種種行為,都是為了表現自我的高貴典雅的獨特風格~
For nearly 100 years, RACV has been providing an important and valued service to Victorians.
What started in 1903 as a motorists' social club with 87 members, has grown to become the Victorian icon we know today. Currently, RACV serves an astounding 1.4 million members. In 2003, we will celebrate another milestone in our history and look ahead to serving the needs of Victorians through the new millennium.
一百年來,RACV協會已成為提供英國維多利亞皇室的重要服務汽車協會~
從1903的87位會員成長到2003的1千4百萬會員
